Any individual, entrepreneur, legal entity, including state bodies, local government or public authorities can be the BEQAS - Indicative Bids module participants.

To obtain the participant (his representative) status of the BEQAS - Indicative Bids module as well as to access the system you shall complete the registration procedure in the BCSE Personal Account by filling in your registration data.
