To obtain the depositary agent status, a candidate shall:

1. provide BCSE with documents required to conclude an agreement on the deposit auctions conditions or a package agreement:

• application for assignment of the depositary agent status;
• an inquiry form of a legal entity / individual entrepreneur, notary;
• a power of attorney for each trader or a copy of a document confirming the right of an individual to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (a copy of an extract from the minutes of the decision of the authorized body, contract, etc.);
• other documents according to the list;

2. conclude an agreement on the deposit auctions conditions or a package agreement (concluded by sending an application for joining the agreement on participation in deposit auctions and performing the functions of a deposit agent);
3. get access to the electronic document management system (EDMS):

1^st access option

In the case of absence of a public key certificate issued by the republican certification center:

• to pass the registration procedure as a client of the Exchange certification center;
• to register individuals authorized to work in the EDMS, and receive cryptographic keys
• to obtain and install the software and equipment of the EDMS.

2^nd access option

If you have a public key certificate issued by a republican certification center, you must provide the following documents:

• customer inquiry form of the BCSE certification center;
• an application for joining the Agreement on the use of cryptographic information protection means in the EDMS of BCSE;

4. prepare documents for opening a deposit account:

• application for opening a deposit account;
• consent to the provision of information and verification of personal data;
• other documents according to the list
