How to become a deposit agent
To obtain the depositary agent status, a candidate shall:
- provide BCSE with documents required to conclude an agreement on the deposit auctions conditions or a package agreement:
- application for assignment of the depositary agent status;
- an inquiry form of a legal entity / individual entrepreneur, notary;
- a power of attorney for each trader or a copy of a document confirming the right of an individual to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (a copy of an extract from the minutes of the decision of the authorized body, contract, etc.);
- other documents according to the list;
- conclude an agreement on the deposit auctions conditions or a package agreement (concluded by sending an application for joining the agreement on participation in deposit auctions and performing the functions of a deposit agent);
- get access to the electronic document management system (EDMS):
1st access option
In the case of absence of a public key certificate issued by the republican certification center:
- to pass the registration procedure as a client of the Exchange certification center;
- to register individuals authorized to work in the EDMS, and receive cryptographic keys
- to obtain and install the software and equipment of the EDMS.
2nd access option
If you have a public key certificate issued by a republican certification center, you must provide the following documents:
- customer inquiry form of the BCSE certification center;
- an application for joining the Agreement on the use of cryptographic information protection means in the EDMS of BCSE;
- prepare documents for opening a deposit account:
- application for opening a deposit account;
- consent to the provision of information and verification of personal data;
- other documents according to the list
