How to become a deposit agent
To obtain the depositary agent status, a candidate shall:
- provide BCSE with documents required to conclude an agreement on the deposit auctions conditions or a package agreement:
- application for assignment of the depositary agent status;
- an inquiry form of a legal entity / individual entrepreneur, notary;
- a Power of Attorney for each trader or a copy of a document confirming the right of an individual to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (a copy of an extract from the minutes of the decision of the authorized body, contract, etc.);
- other documents according to the List;
- conclude an Agreement on the Deposit Auctions Conditions or a Comprehensive Agreement (concluded by sending an application for joining the agreement on participation in deposit auctions and performing the functions of a deposit agent);
- get access to the electronic document management system (EDMS).
