How to register a trader
 
To register a trader in the BCSE trading system, a deposit auction participant (deposit agent) shall:
  1. provide for each trader a Power of Attorney or a copy of a document certified by the head confirming the right of an individual to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (a copy of an extract from the minutes of the decision of the authorized body, contract, etc.);
  2. provide access to your Personal Account.
