AVANGARD LEASING bonds of the 29th issue have been admitted to BCSE listing since 21.07.2020, its bonds of 30th issue have been admitted to BCSE listing since 22.06.2020.
AVANGARD LEASING is the first company that got its bonds listed by transferring them from Unlisted Securities List into the Second Level Quotation List of the SME market.
Listing on the exchange is an additional confirmation of the issuer's reliability and, thereby, it increases all market participants’ confidence in its securities, ensures public awareness and popularity of the company, and provides the issuer with potentially unlimited opportunities to raise additional funds for the effective development of the company.
Investors receive an additional instrument for long-term investments that is alternative to a bank deposit, and gain confidence in the reliability of the company that controlled by securities market professionals.
AVANGARD LEASING is a leasing company that finances the purchase of main assets of a wide range of small and medium business, as well as long-term consumer products aimed at providing leasing to individuals.
The listing procedure on the exchange is carried out in accordance with the BCSE Listing Rules, as agreed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and approved by the BCSE Board (Minutes No. 25 as of May 14, 2020).
Currently, there are two other companies that got their shares listed in accordance with new BCSE Listing Rules.
The first company was BELAVTODOR, a group of companies on the construction market and capital repair of transport infrastructure objects, which was listed and admitted to trading on the Market for State Enterprises (Second level Quotation List).
The second company was Belagroprombank, one of the largest financial institutions of the country. Its ordinary and preferred shares were admitted to trading on the Market for State Enterprises (First level Quotation List).
