The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus announces the sale of government bonds denominated in foreign currency (hereinafter foreign currency bonds) in the BCSE`s trading system on February 6, 2018 on the following terms:

Securities details::

interest yield government long-term bonds denominated in foreign currency;

issue number - 246;


Par value of one currency bond: 1000 USD;

Par value currency: USD;

date of placement - February 6, 2018;

Issue volume: open (established by the Ministry of Finance after the auction);

circulation period - 1753 days;


Maturity date: November 25, 2022;

Type of yield: permanent interest income;

Conditions of interest yield payment:

interest rate income - is set for the entire period of circulation of foreign currency bonds during the auction;


Dates of interest yield payment:

for the first  period - August 9, 2018,

for the second  period - February 7, 2019,

for the third  period - August 8, 2019,

for the fourth period - February 6, 2020,

for the fifth period - August 6, 2020,

for the sixth period - February 5, 2021,

on the seventh period - August 6, 2021,

for the eighth period - February 4, 2022,

for the ninth period - November 25, 2022.


Conditions for sale:

type of auction: interest rate auction;

the step size of the interest rate is 0.01;

standard lot - 1 bond;

currency of payment - USD;

accuracy of rounding of transaction amounts - accurate to two decimal places by mathematical rounding;

the period for collection of bids: 10:30 - 12:00;

the period of bids satisfaction: 14:00 - 15:00;

pre-collateral ratio - 0%;

date (time) for the fulfillment of obligations under the transactions concluded at the auction - 15:00 on February 7, 2018.
