Trade participants have the right to conclude transactions on the on-exchange securities market and the derivatives market on their own behalf and at the expense of the client, as well as on their own behalf in the interests of the client as a trustee.

To obtain the right to conclude transactions at the expense of the client, the participant shall register the client on BCSE in accordance with the Transactions Rules, by submitting the following documents:

• Participant's client questionnaire;
• Application of the trade participant client;
• Obligation of the Section member to respect and protect the interests of the client;
• Application for opening an additional positional account

Based on the submitted documents, the administrator registers the client.

BCSE assigns each client a unique registration code and establishes the authority to participate in a particular market segment.

According to the BCSE normative documents, a trade participant, when conducting transactions at the expense of a client, shall indicate him from the list of previously registered ones in the electronic trading system.
