Registrating traders in the derivatives market
Operations on BCSE are carried out by traders on behalf of trading participants.
Trader - an individual authorized by a trading participant to carry out actions related to the futures transactions in the exchange trading system.
To register a trader in the trading system the Section member shell submit the following documents to BCSE:
- a power of attorney for the right to perform operations on behalf of a Section member, signed and sealed by the Section member head or notarized copy of a document (extract from the minutes of a decision of a Section member authorized body, a contract, etc.) confirming the right of an individual to act on behalf of a Section member without a power of attorney ;
- a copy of the qualification certificate issued by the authorized republican government body in charge of state regulation of the securities market, which gives the owner the right to carry out brokerage activities, dealer activities, investment fund activities, securities trust management activities as a manager or employee of a professional participant in the securities market certified by the participant head.
A trading participant is responsible for all actions performed by his traders on BCSE. BCSE is not responsible for the results of erroneous or unauthorized actions of traders.
