How to become a securities market trade participant
A trade participant can be:
- a professional participant of the securities market, including bank andnon-resident bank;
- non-resident legal entity;
- state authority empowered to conclude transactions in securities in accordance with the functions assigned to it;
- international organization
To be admitted to trading, you shall:
- submit an application and get technical access to the trading system;
- submit a trade participant 's profile;
- provide additional documents;
- submit a card with samples of signatures or an album with samples of signatures for officials entitled to sign powers of attorney, contracts and other documents;
- provide information on measures applied during the last two years for violation of the legislation (national legislation of a non-resident trade participant) regulating the procedure for conducting operations in securities;
- fulfill general requirements;
- fulfill the requirements for financial condition;
- fulfill information disclosure requirements;
- conclude an agreement on participation in trading in securities;
- conclude an agreement on providing services by a clearing organization;
- connect to EDMS;
- conclude an agreement defining the procedure for the creation, accounting, storage, use and placement of guarantee funds (only in cases where participation in guarantee funds is a prerequisite for settlements on completed transactions or if participation in guarantee funds is planned);
- submit information used for settlements (only for transactions settled through the settlement and clearing system) to BCSE;
- register at least one trader in the trading system;
- pay the fee for admission to trading (if the requirement is established by BCSE)
