Clients Registration

 

The client of a trading participant is a legal entity or individual, including individual entrepreneur, notary, executor or another employee of the compulsory enforcement body who is empowered to execute court orders, another person or trustees of the fund registered in the trading system as a client, on behalf of and at the expense (in the interests) of which the trading participant makes on his own behalf the purchase (sale) of securities.

 

To register a client, you shall:

  1. fill in the client's profile in the trading system;
  2. enter into the trading system information about the client's accounts used for settlements

To provide a client with SMA access, a corresponding application shall be submitted.
