Operations on BCSE are carried out by traders on behalf of the trading participant.

To register a trader in the trading system, a Section member shall submit the following documents to BCSE:

• power of attorney to perform operations on behalf of the Section member, signed and sealed by the Section member head or certified and sealed by the Section member head with a document copy (extract from the minutes of the decision of the authorized body of the Section member, contract, etc.) confirming his right to act on behalf of the Section member without power of attorney;
• a qualification certificate copy issued by the republican body of state regulation of the securities market that empowers its owner to carry out brokerage, dealer activities or trust management of securities in the securities market as a manager or employee of a professional participant in the securities market, certified and sealed by the Section member head.
