An investor (an individual or a legal entity) can trade at BCSE with the mediation of a trade participant as its client. 

Before being traded on BCSE, each financial instrument (securities, foreign currency, derivatives market instrument) undergoes the procedure of admission and assignment of a trading code. The BCSE product line is regularly updated and extended with new instruments.

All transactions on BCSE are carried out in accordance with the Rules posted in the relevant sections for each of the markets.

The results of exchange trading on the currency and securities markets as well as information about OTC securities transactions with a 15 minutes delay are posted free of charge on the BCSE website.

Clients wishing to receive BCSE information more promptly or for redistribution purpose can do it on a contract base.

With the help of the Indicative Bids Module of the Belarusian Automated Quotation System (BEQAS), investors can independently inform about their intentions of buying or selling securities and other financial assets in order to search for potential counterparties.
