Disclosure Requrements
The additional requirements have been established for issuers of listed securities regarding reporting on financial and economic activities to BCSE in the following terms:
for the Quotation List of the First Level:
for the previous year - no later than April 30 of the year following the reporting one;
for the 1st quarter - no later than May 5 of the reporting year;
for the 2nd quarter - no later than August 4 of the reporting year;
for the 3rd quarter - no later than November 4 of the reporting year.
for the Quotation List of the Second Level:
at the end of the year - no later than April 30 of the year following the reporting year;
for the 1st half of the year - no later than August 4 of the reporting year.
Not reporting is grounds for termination of securities’ admission to BCSE placing and trading.
