Only professional participants of the securities market who have the license to carry out professional and exchange activities, including brokerage or depository activities, as well as their representative offices and branches, can be allowed to work in the system.

Other individuals and legal entities have the right to obtain an informational access to the system.

The operating hours of the BCSE Belarusian Quotation Automated System (BEQAS) - IQS "OTC Market" BEQAS module:

1. submitting registration orders on OTC transactions information, cancellation orders:

Monday-Thursday - from 8.30 to 17.00; Friday - from 8.30 to 16.00.

2. signing registration orders on OTC transactions information, cancellation orders:

Monday-Thursday - from 8.30 to 17.30; Friday - from 8.30 to 16.15.

The duration of the business day preceding a public holiday is reduced by 1 hour.
