For forex brokers' clients

In accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, NFC does not provide service and interaction with clients of forex brokers.

To ensure the transparency of the forex brokers’ activity and the creation of conditions for risk assessment of their activities by customers, NFC discloses information about forex brokers’ work in accordance with local legal acts of NFC. It also informs the market regulator - the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus about results of forex brokers’ activity, negative and risk factors.

In addition, NFC verifies the software used by forex brokers for their operations.

Besides, the NFC makes payments from the guarantee fund to forex brokers’ clients ONLY IN CASE of forex broker’s failure to fulfil their obligations to repay margin to their customers.
