Technical connection is provided only after the admission to at least one Exchange Sector:

    Trading in foreign currency;
    Futures market trading;
    Stock market trading (for participants and/or their clients);
    BEQAS System;
    Electronic Document System.

Technical access options

Option 1. Leased Line.

Trade participants need to rent a dedicated access line from your location to the BCSE one.

Required minimum data transfer speed - 128 kbit/s, recommended speed - at least 512 kbit/s.

Option 2. Access with usage of provider services.

Access can be implemented through the following providers: CJSC “Banking and Financial TV Network” www.bfn.by  or CJSC "GlobalOneBel" www.global-one.by

Required minimum data transfer speed - 128 kbit/s, recommended speed - at least 512 kbit/s.

Option 3. Dial-up Remote Access.

Trade participants use a dial-up remote access, using modem and PSTN access to the trading system.

Disadvantage - low speed connection (less than 56 kbit/s).
